Conditions of Use”) apply to http://www.yellowribbonteam.com. Please read these Terms and
Conditions of Use carefully because they are binding upon you. By
using the www.yellowribbonteam.com, you are
acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use
and the Privacy Policy both of which are incorporated herein. In

The limited license granted to you hereunder is subject to

impede, circumvent, interfere, or control any portion of the Yellow

any means other than that provided by the Yellow Ribbon Team
Products and website in accordance with the Digital Rights
Management (“DRM”) rules set forth in the Yellow Ribbon Team
Products. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any
portion of our Yellow Ribbon Team Products, our servers, Linked
Sites, or other linked servers, either through these means or by
unlawfully or illegitimately utilizing another’s personal user
information (“password mining” or “hacking”). You may not “reverse
look up”, seek, trace or “hack” to discover data regarding user
information, user names, passwords, or other information related to
visitors or users, other than your own information as provided
through use of our Yellow Ribbon Team Products. Yellow Ribbon Team
reserves the right to bar such activity and pursue legal remedy
against such individual(s) or organization(s) who attempt to
perpetrate such activity. You agree not to take any action that
will create any disproportionate load on the infrastructure of the
network, systems, servers or Linked Sites. You agree not to
interfere with the proper functionality or any transaction(s) by
any user of our Yellow Ribbon Team Products, including purchases
made using our e-commerce checkout. You agree not to transmit any
content or other material that contains viruses or other computer
code or applications designed to interfere with the normal
operation of any servers or equipment, including, but not limited
to, the Yellow Ribbon Team Products, Yellow Ribbon Team servers,
and the equipment and servers used by the users of the Yellow
Ribbon Team Products and the Yellow Ribbon Team servers. You agree
not to transmit any unsolicited mail, advertising, or other
transmission through the Yellow Ribbon Team Products, by using any
of Yellow Ribbon Team equipment, or with any information acquired
through the Yellow Ribbon Team Products to any person or entity.
You may not use any device, hardware, or software to probe,
scan, breach, or otherwise monitor or test the activity,
vulnerability, or authentication measures of our Yellow Ribbon Team
Products, except with the express prior written permission by
Yellow Ribbon Team to fulfill their express intent. You may not use
our Yellow Ribbon Team Products to engage in or solicit any illegal
activity or to engage in any activity that violates these Terms and
Conditions of Use or infringes on the rights of Yellow Ribbon Team
or another. Yellow Ribbon Team has an anti-piracy policy, and
supports the protection of intellectual property rights using DRM.
If you violate these Terms and Conditions of Use, you may be
prosecuted and all legal remedies may be pursued by Yellow Ribbon
Team, its affiliates and/or its licensors. If you violate these
Terms and Conditions of Use, you agree to destroy all Content for
which use is unauthorized immediately and on demand.
You may print materials regarding Yellow Ribbon Team (including
information sheets, media kits, and white papers), and other
company information accessible and downloadable from www.yellowribbonteam.com, which are
purposely made available to the public regarding our products and
services; provided 1) you do not copy, rebroadcast, or redistribute
these materials in any way, 2) you do not modify the information,
3) you use them only for your non-commercial, personal or
educational use, and 4) that you do not copy or redistribute the
proprietary and copyrighted language contained at www.yellowribbonteam.com.
PURCHASES & OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You agree that you may have to pay for access to and use of www.yellowribbonteam.com. Additional terms and conditions may
